Social Responsibility
Since the launch of the 2026 "One Yuan Charity Donation" fundraising campaign, the Trade Union of Xinjiang Zhongtai Group has actively responded to the call issued by the Women's Federation of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and the Xinjiang Women and Children Development Foundation, extensively mobilizing all staff to take part in charitable donations. Up to now, the total donated amount has reached RMB 26,979.81, and the donation drive is still underway.

In recent years, the Trade Union of Xinjiang Zhongtai Group has continuously organized employees to participate in a wide range of charitable donation initiatives. During the "99 Charity Day" campaign, it rallied staff to donate to the Spring Bud Project, supporting girls from impoverished families to pursue their education. The union also raised funds for the cervical and breast cancer relief program to provide medical subsidies for low-income women with illnesses in urban and rural areas. Additionally, employees have enthusiastically contributed to the "Mother’s Postal Parcel" donation program and the May 8 Humanitarian Charity Day campaign. The group has also made active donations to the AED program and first-aid kit charity initiatives.
